MISSION STATEMENT:

To provide our members with technical and practical support ensuring commercial and retail customers receive the best possible experience and quality of service in the textile care industry.


OBJECTIVES:

  1. To promote, aid, foster, develop and protect the interests of the laundry and/or dry cleaning industry in New Zealand by whatsoever means the Federation considers appropriate.
  2. To secure to the trade and the Federation all the advantages of mutual support including employment relations matters.
  3. To create a feeling of unity amongst members of the industry throughout New Zealand.
  4. To support the principle of private ownership in the industry.
  5. To commit to understanding and managing environmental impacts and sustainability across our industry with the goal of continual improvement. To comply with the relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
  6. To do all other such things as may appear necessary or desirable or incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
